Samvaad Connect’s Vision for a Better Society: Watching Akshargyan Confirms Gen Z is Building an Enlightened Nation

At Samvaad Connect, we believe that a better society is not just built on large reforms but through small, consistent actions taken every day. True social change often begins with communities that come together to help those who need it the most.

One such shining example is Akshargyan, a non-profit initiative in Noida. Their mission is simple yet powerful: to provide quality education and academic support to children living in poverty. And what makes it even more remarkable is that this movement is being driven by Gen Z volunteers – college students who are stepping beyond classrooms to create a real impact.
Akshargyan: Education with Empathy

Every evening, from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm, volunteers from JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida conduct live paatshaala sessions for children. These aren’t just regular lessons; they are interactive spaces where kids are encouraged to ask questions, learn with curiosity, and grow with confidence.
Along with academics, Akshargyan celebrates festivals, organizes activities, and brings joy into the lives of children who may otherwise be deprived of such experiences. It’s about making learning holistic – nurturing both knowledge and happiness.
A Visit That Reinforced Hope
Recently, Dheeraj Tewari, founder of Samvaad Connect, visited Akshargyan’s live paatshaala. Watching children study in open spaces with passionate young volunteers was a truly moving experience.
This visit confirmed a simple truth: happiness and knowledge grow when shared. And more importantly, it showed that Gen Z is not only aware but actively engaged in building an enlightened nation. Their willingness to dedicate evenings after college to teach children proves that the spirit of responsibility and compassion is alive and thriving.
The Ripple Effect of Small Steps
Akshargyan is not an official society of JSS Academy – it is a collective run entirely by students. Yet, its impact is undeniable. For the children, it opens doors of opportunity, helping them dream bigger and aim higher. For the volunteers, it is a journey of self-growth, learning patience, empathy, and the joy of giving back.
This ripple effect is exactly what society needs today. A small effort by one group of volunteers may look like an evening class, but its long-term effect is shaping future citizens who are confident, educated, and ready to contribute to the nation.
Towards a Viksit Bharat
At Samvaad Connect, we firmly believe that a better society comes from a better understanding of each other. Initiatives like Akshargyan embody this vision by creating bridges between privilege and need, between knowledge and opportunity.
If you are in Noida, you can join hands with Akshargyan and volunteer your time. If you are elsewhere, let their story inspire you to take a step in your own community. After all, the dream of a Viksit Bharat – a developed India – depends on how we empower the next generation.
